Using this website
chopa.dev is the website of Chopa Software Solutions. You're welcome to read it, share it and contact us through it. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to break it or by sending spam through the contact form.
Information on this site
We keep this site accurate, but it describes our services in general terms. Timelines such as "1 to 3 weeks" are typical ranges, not promises for your project. Nothing here is an offer you can accept by itself.
Quotes and projects
Work only starts once you've accepted a written quote. That quote, and any agreement that comes with it, sets out the price, the timeline, what's included and how payment works. If the quote and this page ever disagree, the quote wins.
Who owns what
The words, design and logo on this website belong to Chopa. For client work, ownership of what we build for you passes to you as set out in your quote or agreement.
Links to other sites
This site links to services we don't run, such as TikTok and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you're there.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Chopa isn't liable for loss caused by relying on general information on this site. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law, or anything we commit to in a signed quote or agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
